Empowering Indias Workforce

The air conditioning industry is facing a critical workforce gap, with an immediate need for 200,000 technicians in installation and maintenance, which threatens to impede its projected eightfold growth over the next two decades. This lack of trained professionals not only hampers the industry’s expansion but also poses significant sustainability challenges, particularly in energy efficiency and mitigating global warming effects. Notably, 80% of air conditioning inefficiency is attributed to poor installation, maintenance practices, and refrigerant management, underscoring the urgent need for skilled technicians in this field.
